With the sharp decline in export orders and the lack of demand in the international market influenced by the epidemic, Baoguang has taken multiple measures, worked hard, paid close attention to the international epidemic situation, sorted out customer information, and integrated existing resources under the guidance of leaders. We take the initiative to actively communicate with customers worked at home temporarily due to the epidemic through telephone or video conferencing, etc. We overcome the time difference and seamlessly connect with customers, greatly improving customer satisfaction and trust. All attempts will not be wasted; they will make you strong and powerful. After our hard work, we obtained new orders of more than 6000pcs EPs in May, creating a record high order on EP for export business monthly.
On the basis of ensuring the stability of the old projects, Baoguang is looking for opportunities in full swing to develop new projects. In early March, after knowing the demands of 24kV vacuum interrupters from customers in Southeast Asia, we actively communicated technical solutions with them, coordinated internal resources, and provided 15pcs samples in time with the cooperation of our R&D and production and procurement units. In May, the samples passed the in plant test at one time at customer’s factory, and now we have received orders of 2,000pcs VIs from them. It took less than 3 months from acquiring business opportunities, passing samples for testing to confirming orders, which highlighted the efficiency and strength of Baoguang.
